정식판은 구매 후 14일 안에 요청하시면 이유와 관계없이 전액 환불해 드립니다.

요청 방법: 결제 확인 이메일(Lemon Squeezy 영수증)에 회신하거나 hung67890@gmail.com으로 주문 번호 또는 구매 이메일을 보내 주십시오.
환불은 결제 대행자 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 결제한 수단으로 돌려드립니다. 카드사에 따라 반영까지 5~10영업일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
환불하면 그 라이선스 키는 쓸 수 없게 되고, 등록된 PC는 무료판(인물 20명)으로 돌아갑니다. 입력한 족보 기록은 그대로 남습니다.
14일이 지난 뒤에는 원칙적으로 환불하지 않지만, 프로그램 결함으로 쓸 수 없는 경우에는 문의해 주십시오.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request: reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or write to hung67890@gmail.com with your order number or purchase email.
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After a refund the license key is deactivated and the PCs return to the free version (20 people). Your family records stay on your PC.
After 14 days refunds are not normally given, but contact us if a defect keeps the program from working.

The free version includes every feature, so you can try the program fully before buying.
