이용약관

이 약관은 Windows 프로그램 "우리의 족보"(이하 "프로그램")와 공유 사이트(jocbo.pages.dev)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 프로그램을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 무료판과 정식판
무료판은 계정당 인물 20명까지 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 정식판은 한 번 구매로 인물 수 제한 없이 쓰며, 라이선스 키 하나로 PC 2대까지 등록할 수 있습니다. 1.x 판 업데이트는 무료입니다.
2. 결제
정식판 결제는 판매 대행자(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy가 처리합니다. 결제, 세금, 영수증은 Lemon Squeezy의 약관을 따릅니다. 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
3. 라이선스
구매자에게 프로그램을 개인 또는 한 가문의 족보 관리 용도로 사용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 권리를 부여합니다. 라이선스 키를 공유·재판매하거나 프로그램을 복제·재배포·역설계할 수 없습니다. 다른 PC로 옮길 때는 쓰던 PC에서 등록을 풀고 새 PC에 키를 넣습니다.
4. 이용자의 기록
족보 기록과 사진은 이용자의 PC에 저장되며, 그 내용과 백업은 이용자의 책임입니다. 실존 인물의 정보를 웹 공유로 보낼 때에는 당사자의 뜻을 존중해야 합니다. 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 판독 결과
족보 사진 판독은 참고용 제안이며 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 원본과 대조해 확인한 뒤 등록해 주십시오.
6. 책임의 한계
프로그램은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 프로그램 사용으로 생긴 간접 손해나 기록 손실에 책임지지 않으며, 책임 한도는 이용자가 지불한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms govern the Windows program "우리의 족보 (Our Jokbo)" and the sharing site jocbo.pages.dev. Installing or using the program means you accept them.
1. Free and full versions
The free version offers every feature for up to 20 people per account. The full version is a one-time purchase with no limit on people; one license key activates up to 2 PCs. Updates within version 1.x are free.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, whose terms cover payment, tax and receipts. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. License
You receive a non-transferable right to use the program for your own or one family's genealogy records. You may not share or resell license keys, or copy, redistribute or reverse-engineer the program. To move to another PC, deactivate it on the old PC and enter the key on the new one.
4. Your records
Family records and photos are stored on your PC; you are responsible for their content and backups. Respect the wishes of living people before sharing their details on the web. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
5. Reading results
Text recognition of family-book photos is a suggestion and is not guaranteed to be accurate; check it against the original before saving.
6. Limitation of liability
The program is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of records, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
